The 3M Adflo Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) for welders is a compact, lightweight system with a lithium ion battery, high efficiency particulate filter, organic vapor/acid gas cartridge, and wide leather belt. This PAPR has a high efficiency particulate filter that is "stacked” onto a 3M Adflo Cartridge for additional protection against OV/SD/CL/HC vapors. Audible and visual alarms signal low airflow and low battery charge. It also features a flip-up assembly for grinding and prep work.

The clear visor viewing area is approximately 8" x 4.25", providing welders with a wide field of vision. Additionally, the side windows have Shade 5 side filters that increase peripheral vision. The ergonomic, adjustable head suspension increases comfort, helmet stability, and weight distribution for the wearer. The 3M Speedglas Auto-Darkening Filter 9100X offers a 2.1" x 4.2" viewing area (approx.) for enhanced visibility during welding tasks.
